PRIVATE LABEL AI LUXURY BUSINESS DEBIT CARD (the "Service") is a white-label fintech product delivered by Kayanda Capital ("we", "us", "Kayanda"). The Service provides branded virtual and physical debit card provisioning, and software tools to manage rewards and affiliate offers.
Provisioning of cards is conditional on successful completion of identity and business verification (KYC). We may refuse or delay services for any lawful reason, including compliance or fraud concerns.
Client agrees to pay the one-time setup fee and recurring subscription fees as described on our landing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients represent and warrant that they will comply with applicable law, regulation, and card network rules. Depending on product selection, additional licenses (e.g., Money Transmitter License) or registrations may be required. Kayanda Capital is not providing legal or tax advice. Consult counsel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayanda Capital's liability is limited to direct damages up to the fees paid by Client in the preceding 12 months. Client indemnifies Kayanda for claims arising from Client's use of the Service, misuse, fraud, or regulatory violations.
We may suspend or terminate services where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or at our discretion. Clients may terminate subscriptions per the billing terms in the Stripe checkout.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
