Complete the onboarding and upload required documents. Cards will be provisioned only after successful verification.

Required Documents

• Company legal name and registration (articles of incorporation)
• Beneficial owner information (government-issued ID and selfie)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• W-9 or equivalent tax form for the business (or W-8 for non-U.S. entities)

We recommend using secure upload (e.g., Stripe Identity or the secure form link you receive after purchase). Do not send sensitive documents via insecure email.
